  2. Exercise Regularly: Physical activity is a powerful tool for reducing stress. Exercise increases the production of endorphins (the body’s natural feel-good hormones) and helps reduce the levels of stress hormones like cortisol.
  3. Sleep Well: Stress can disrupt sleep patterns, but prioritizing good sleep hygiene and creating a restful environment can help restore balance. Try to aim for 7-9 hours of sleep each night to give your body and mind the chance to recover.
  4. Talk It Out: Speaking with a therapist, counselor, or trusted friend can help you process your stress and gain a new perspective. Social support is crucial for mental health.

     5. Time Management: Feeling overwhelmed often stems from poor time management. Prioritise tasks, delegate when possible, and break large projects into smaller, more manageable steps.
